食物对哮喘的影响仍无定论。食入特殊食物引起哮喘发作或加重,可提示此食物与哮喘有关。但哮喘在进食后延迟发作,就很难确定两者的关系。报告1例小麦引起的哮喘患者,女,60岁,有6年气急、干咳、喘鸣夜间加重的病史。仔细询问病史发现哮喘发作与进食小麦食物有关,减少小麦食物症状减轻。入院作24种常见过敏原皮试,14种阳性(花粉、小麦、面粉、马铃薯、蛋、奶等)。血清总IgE 高达172U/L(正常100U)。放射变应吸附检查对花粉、尘螨、猫皮、霉菌、蛋清、小麦的特异IgE 阴性。血清IgG、IgA、IgM、C_3和C_4正常。入院后给6天含小麦(150g/d)的食物,试验开始PEF 即下降到
