独具“险、密、奇、巧、全”五大特点的司马台长城，位于北京市密云县东北部的古北口镇填内。尽精微、致广大，是我国唯一一段保留明代原貌的古长城。它集万里长城的各种特点于一身，许多样式绝无仅有，戚继光在此督建时独创。著名长城专家罗哲文教授指出：“中国长城是世界之最，而司马台长城又堪称中国长城之最。”此段长城被联合国教科文组织列为世界文化遗产之一。
Simatai Great Wall, with unique characteristics of “insurance, density, oddness, cleverness and completeness”, is located in Gubeikou Town, northeast of Miyun County, Beijing. To be subtle and to the general public is the only ancient Great Wall in our country that preserved the original appearance of the Ming Dynasty. It sets all kinds of features of the Great Wall in one, many unique style, Qi Jiguang Du in this building when the original. The famous Great Wall expert Professor Luo Zhewen pointed out: “The Great Wall of China is the best in the world, and the Great Wall of Simatai is the best of the Great Wall in China.” This section of the Great Wall is listed by UNESCO as one of the world’s cultural heritages.
