要实现销售业务的可持续发展,必须向质量、效益和规模并重转变,把强化管理作为转变发展方式的主要内容,通过精细化管理提升发展的质量和效益,创造市场竞争的新优势。成品油销售业务是中国石油产业链的重要组成部分和价值实现的最终环节。当前,成品油销售业务已进入大发展的关键阶段,为建立起与中国石油建设综合性国际能源公司发展目标相适应的销售业务,通过加大投资力度,快速扩张规模是非常必要的。但当前市场竞争的态势发生了很大变化,竞争主体多元化,竞争方式正在向成本、服务、质量、品牌全方位竞争转变。
In order to achieve the sustainable development of sales business, we must make equal emphasis on quality, efficiency and scale.
