1986年以来,我科应用天津药厂生产的肝安干糖浆治疗肝硬化20例,效果比较满意,报道如下。观察采用病例均经确诊为肝炎后肝硬化。治疗组:男15例,女5例。年龄18～30岁1例,～50岁3例,>51岁16例。病程:1～3年9例,～5年7例。>5年4例。HBsAg 均阳性,HBeAg 阳性5例。对照组:男14例,女6例。年龄18～30岁2例,～50岁6例,>51岁12例。病程1～3年11例,～5年6例,>5年者3例,HBsAg 均阳性,HBeAg 阳性4例。两组性别、年龄、病程、诊断均相似,具有可比性。
Since 1986, our department applied 20 samples of hepatic cirrhosis produced by Tianjin Pharmaceutical Factory with liver-ache dry syrup, the result is satisfactory. The report is as follows. Observed cases were diagnosed with hepatitis cirrhosis. Treatment group: 15 males and 5 females. One patient was 18-30 years old, 3 cases were ~ 50 years old and 16 cases were> 51 years old. Course of disease: 1 to 3 years in 9 cases, ~ 5 years in 7 cases. > 5 years in 4 cases. HBsAg were positive, HBeAg-positive in 5 cases. Control group: 14 males and 6 females. Two patients aged 18-30 years old, 6 cases aged ~ 50 years and 12 cases> 51 years old. The course of disease ranged from 1 to 3 years in 11 cases, ~ 5 years in 6 cases and> 5 years in 3 cases. Both HBsAg and HBeAg were positive in 4 cases. Two groups of gender, age, duration, diagnosis are similar, comparable.
