为控制汽车面板等超低碳钢由凝固钩所引起的表面夹杂缺陷,须研究结晶器弯月面熔融保护渣与初生凝固坯壳间的润湿性问题,提出了一种用高温激光共聚焦显微镜(CLSM)测定熔渣在钢上的铺展面积,计算熔渣在钢基底上接触角的方法。结果表明,通过与座滴法、文献测定对比,CLSM法能准确的测算熔渣与固态钢之间的接触角,偏差在0°~2°;为克服钢样表面粗糙度对测试精度的影响,CLSM法测试用渣质量须大于2.00mg;随着温度升高,渣钢接触角减小,润湿性增强。
In order to control the surface inclusions caused by the solidification hooks of the ultra-low carbon steel such as automotive panels, the wettability between the mold powder and the primary solidification shell must be studied. A new method of high temperature laser confocal Microscope (CLSM) to measure the spreading area of the slag on the steel and calculate the contact angle of the slag on the steel substrate. The results show that the CLSM method can accurately measure the contact angle between molten slag and solid steel with a deviation of 0 ° ~ 2 ° compared with the droplet method and the literature measurement. In order to overcome the influence of the surface roughness of the steel sample on the test accuracy , CLSM test slag mass should be greater than 2.00mg; as the temperature increases, the contact angle of the slag decreases, wettability increased.
