采用室内培养试验,选用不同浓度壳聚糖和不同种类的微量元素(铁、锌、铜、锰),对花生种子进行包衣处理,明确不同浓度壳聚糖和微量元素种类对花生种子发芽势、发芽率、幼苗生物量、根与子叶残留物质量的影响。结果表明,壳聚糖浓度对花生种子的发芽势和发芽率有影响,其浓度过高过低均降低种子发芽率和发芽势。微量元素对花生种子的发芽率、发芽势和幼苗生物量积累均为促进作用,且效果明显。
The peanut seeds were coated with different concentrations of chitosan and different kinds of trace elements (iron, zinc, copper and manganese) by indoor culture experiment. The effects of different concentrations of chitosan and trace elements on the germination potential of peanut seeds , Germination rate, seedling biomass, root and cotyledon residue quality. The results showed that the concentration of chitosan had an effect on the germination rate and germination rate of peanut seeds. When the concentration was too low, the germination rate and germination energy of seeds decreased. The trace elements promoted the germination rate, germination energy and seedling biomass accumulation of peanut seeds, and the effect was obvious.
