目的:观察冠心平对H2O2致血管内皮细胞损伤过程中TNF-α与IL-1水平的影响。探讨冠心平治疗冠心病的相关机制。方法:体外培养内皮细胞ECV304,随机分成正常对照组、模型对照组、阳性药对照组、冠心平大、中、小剂量组,用100μmol/LH2O2损伤细胞,以血清药理学方法给药,继续培养后显微镜下观察细胞生长情况,检测细胞上清中TNF-α与IL-1水平。结果:100μmol/LH2O2对ECV304有损伤作用。冠心平能显著降低TNF-α的水平;减少H2O2诱导ECV304 IL-1的产生。结论:冠心平可降低H2O2对ECV304的损伤程度,其机理可能与其降低TNF-α和IL-1水平,从而调节血管内皮炎性反应有关。
Objective: To observe the effects of Guanxinping on the levels of TNF-α and IL-1 during the injury of vascular endothelial cells induced by H2O2. Conclusion: Guanxinping can reduce the damage of ECV304 induced by H2O2, which may be related to the decrease of TNF-α and IL-1 levels and regulation of endothelium inflammatory reaction.
