目的研究蜂花烧烫伤膏对大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤的治疗作用。方法取Wistar大鼠70只,采用沸水烫伤法造成深Ⅱ度烫伤模型,随机分为空白组、模型组、基质组、阳性药组和蜂花烧烫伤膏低、中、高剂量组。分别给予相应的干预措施,分别于第4、8、11、14、17天时测定大鼠体质量和创面面积。结果与模型组相比,阳性药组,低、中、高剂量组,基质组对治疗约8%深Ⅱ度烫伤的大鼠疗效显著(P<0.01),中、高剂量组的效果明显优于阳性药组和基质组(P<0.05)。各组间大鼠体质量变化无显著性差异。结论蜂花烧烫伤膏对大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤有良好的治疗作用,且优于京万红烧烫伤膏。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of bee burn on deep second degree scald in rats. Methods Seventy Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: blank group, model group, matrix group, positive drug group and bee burn burn low, medium and high dose burn group. The corresponding interventions were given respectively. The body weight and wound area of rats were measured on the 4th, 8th, 11th, 14th, and 17th days respectively. Results Compared with the model group, the positive drug group, the low, medium and high dose groups and the matrix group had a significant curative effect on the rats with about 8% deep second degree scald (P <0.01), and the medium and high dose groups In the positive drug group and the matrix group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in body weight between groups. Conclusion The bee burn scald cream has a good therapeutic effect on deep second degree scald in rats, and it is better than Jingwan.
