此文针对目前客滚船营运中存在的问题，参考相关国际规则和指南，提出了规范积载和系固，加强监督管理的看法。
In view of the problems existing in the current operation of ro-ro passenger ships, this paper puts forward the view of standardizing stowage and securing and strengthening supervision and management with reference to relevant international rules and guidelines.
