全球价值链体系下的国际贸易模式,由以往的产品驱动型转变为任务驱动型,使得全球化生产具有模块化、碎片化等特点。电子行业由其天生所具备的模块化生产、高价值重量比等特点使得其特别适合于全球价值链的生产组织模式。当今中国企业在全球价值链中处于价值捕获地位,以代工型企业为主,全球化参与度与价值捕获极不相称。中国企业面临着如何突破价值链生态地位,增强价值捕获能力的命题。本文通过对墨西哥西部城市瓜达拉哈拉的电子行业的升级案列的分析,为中国电子行业企业提供借鉴和启示。
The mode of international trade under the global value chain system has been transformed from a product-driven model to a mission-driven model, which has made the globalization of production a modular and fragmented model. The electronics industry’s inherent modularity and high value-to-weight ratio make it particularly suited to the production organization model of the global value chain. Today’s Chinese enterprises are in a position of value capture in the global value chain, with foundry enterprises as the mainstay, and the degree of globalization participation and value capture are extremely disproportionate. Chinese enterprises are faced with the proposition of how to break through the ecological status of the value chain and enhance their ability to capture value. This article analyzes the escalating case of electronics industry in Guadalajara, western Mexico City, and provides reference and inspiration for the Chinese electronics industry.
