本实验观察抗戾散的抗病毒及诱生干扰素作用。结果表明,该方具有明显的直接灭活滤泡性口炎病毒作用;1:100浓度为 L_(929)细胞的无毒限量,此浓度作用细胞24小时可有效保护 VSV 的攻击,其病毒抑制滴度为2个对数值。该方具有促进新城鸡瘟病毒诱生小鼠干扰素的作用。干扰素滴度(u/ml)实验组2~(9.17)±0.32与对照组2~(8.01)±0.22相比差异显著,P<0.001。本实验为抗戾散治疗病毒性传染病提供了依据。
This experiment observed anti-viral anti-virus and induced interferon effects.
