半胱天冬蛋白酶 (caspase)是参与细胞凋亡机制的主要成分 ,最近发现IAPs ,Smac/DIALO和XIAP 1对caspase的激活与抑制具有调控机制 ,本文谨对这些研究进展作一报告。
Caspase is a major component involved in the mechanism of apoptosis. Recently, IAPs, Smac / DIALO and XIAP 1 have been shown to regulate the activation and inhibition of caspase. We hereby report the progress of these studies.
