利用超高压喷浆加固软基,在日本曾开发有“柱式喷浆工法”,经加固的软基已达200万m~2,并将这项技术向国外输出。但这项工法每次加固软基的圆形面积,其直径为2m,尚未达到大型化、高速化要求。为此,鹿岛公司与化学灌浆公司共同开发成超大型、高速化加固软基工法。 该项工法是在地面先切削不足15cm的小孔,沉入三根输送管,达到地下规定位置后,采用超高压喷注水泥浆,在切削周围土砂的同时,进行就地搅拌,因而能在地下形成直径超过5m的巨大圆形加固软基结构。
