生产现场管理是一个企业综合管理水平高低的标志,企业生产要素的合理配置和管理是企业生产现场管理的核心,企业管理的各项职能要通过现场管理得到体现,并要实现系统性管理,产生最佳配合的管理功能,使各种生产要素在生产过程中产生最佳效益。生产现场管理是提高企业素质、管理水平和经济效益的一项主要基础工作和长期任务,其基本要求是治理现场环境,推行定置管理,改变生产现场脏、乱、差的状况,做到人流、物流运转有序畅通,设备完好,现场环境整洁、实现安全文明生产。
Production site management is a sign of the level of an enterprise’s comprehensive management. The rational allocation and management of its production factors is the core of the company’s production site management. The various functions of enterprise management must be reflected through on-site management, and must achieve systemic management. The optimally coordinated management function enables the various production factors to produce the best benefits in the production process. Production site management is a major basic task and long-term task to improve the quality, management level and economic efficiency of enterprises. The basic requirement is to govern the on-site environment, implement fixed management, and change the dirty, chaotic, and poor conditions at the production site. The logistics operation is orderly, the equipment is in good condition, the on-site environment is clean, and safe and civilized production is achieved.
