甲状腺激素过多刺激肝脏合成胆固醇和甘油三脂,但甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)对脂蛋白代谢的主要影响是增加从循环中清除低密度脂蛋白、极低密度脂蛋白和高密度脂蛋白,导致血清胆固醇、甘油三脂、β-脂蛋白和高密度脂蛋白—胆固醇浓度下降。资料与方法本组40例甲亢患者,男性12例,女性28例。年龄16~61岁,平均为36岁。40例中除2例为毒性结节性甲状腺肿外,均为Graves病。其中初发25例,复发15例。病程2个月至8年,平均为4.5个月。全部患者均除外糖尿病,高血压和家族性高脂血症。治疗前测定血清总T_3、总T_4、总胆固醇、β-脂蛋白、甘油三脂和高密度脂蛋白—胆固醇。全部患者经抗甲状腺药物治疗2个月左右,高代谢症群控制,总T_3
