首先,依据知识的分布性,提出了原始性创新具有分布性。并在此基础上提出了原始性创新效率系数的概念,而这一效率系数又是决定原始性创新成败的关键。其次,原始性创新分布性主体之间通过社会网络形成社会交互机制,并妥善解决了分布主体之间的知识产权问题、增强了组织柔性、降低了不确定性以及提升了组织资源的互补能力。最后,研究表明差异化的政府激励机制有利于协调原始性创新的分布性问题;纯基础研究原始性创新和应用基础研究原始性创新的匹配是原始性创新可持续性的关键;“科学共同体”内部信任机制是解决原始性创新分布性的枢纽;知识溢出区域的形成是原始性创新互动机制存在的重要环境。
First of all, based on the distribution of knowledge, we propose that original innovation is distributed. On this basis, the concept of the original coefficient of innovation efficiency is proposed, and this coefficient of efficiency is the key to the success or failure of the original innovation. Secondly, the original distributive actors form social interaction mechanisms through social networks and properly solve the intellectual property issues among the distributed subjects, which enhances organizational flexibility, reduces uncertainty and enhances the complementary ability of organizational resources. Finally, the research shows that the differentiated government incentive mechanism is conducive to the coordination of the distribution of original innovation; the match between the original basic innovation and the basic innovation of applied basic research is the key to the sustainability of the original innovation; "The internal trust mechanism is the key to solve the distribution of original innovation. The formation of knowledge spillover area is an important environment in which the original innovation interaction mechanism exists.
