1前言合肥工务段淮西站场1983年建站时,由于基建遗留,造成大量道岔内配轨的电务导线打在轨脚坡面上,至2005年6月底线路上该种钢轨还有508根。全路曾发生过因轨脚坡面导线孔裂纹引起的断轨事件。由于全部更换成本太大,短期内该种钢轨无法下道,且钢轨轨脚坡面导线孔属常规探伤盲区,当前主要依靠手工配合放大镜进行检查,不能完全消除安全隐患。
