The famous 19th-century British political scientist and art critic Ruskin Jin remarked: “The great nation’s autobiography has three books, one written in its performance, one written in its own words, and one written in its art. People want to know First, non-simultaneous knowledge of the other two books is not available; but only the last one is true and credible." It is not unreasonable to use art history as the first letter of faith and the mouth of art critics. Indeed, the art of a country can reflect the life, thoughts, and sentiments of this nation. A valuable Chinese painting, whether it is figure paintings, flower and bird paintings or landscape paintings, comes from real life and can all reflect the Chinese people’s thoughts and sentiments.
