目的:探讨氧气雾化吸入联合机械辅助排痰在治疗重型颅脑损伤病人肺炎的价值。方法:将86例重型颅脑损伤病人随机分为实验组和对照组,每组43例,两组均采用常规预防肺炎的方法,即常规翻身、雾化吸入及抗感染等治疗,实验组在此基础上应用机械辅助排痰机排痰,观察对比两组的治疗效果。结果:实验组比对照组的效果要明显,疗效更好(P<0.05)。结论:氧气雾化联合机械辅助排痰优于人工叩击排痰,值得在临床上大力推广。
Objective: To investigate the value of oxygen atomization inhalation combined with mechanical assistant expectoration in the treatment of pneumonia in patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods: Eighty-six patients with severe craniocerebral injury were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 43 cases in each group. Both groups were treated routinely with pneumonia prevention, inhalation and anti-infective therapy. Based on the use of mechanical sputum aspirating sputum, the observation and treatment of the two groups were compared. Results: The experimental group than the control group should be obvious, the effect is better (P <0.05). Conclusion: Oxygen atomization combined with mechanical assisted sputum aspiration is superior to manual percussion and expectoration, which is worth to be promoted clinically.
