目前国内、外工程塑料品种繁多,但材质差异很大,本文根据汽车行驶在室外这一特点,会遇着不同的环境温度,相对湿度、盐雾、霉菌等客观条件,以及塑料零件在产品上分别运用于绝缘、耐摩损、结构件等不同目的,系统介绍常用的十种工程塑料的特性,并逐一叙述各种材质的工程塑料的适用范围,塑料零件公差带选取考虑依据。本文还简略介绍了国外工程塑料的发展品种及成型工艺发展方向,可供汽车电器设计、工艺和从事这方面的人员参考。
At present, there are a great variety of engineering plastics in China and abroad, but the material varies greatly. According to the characteristics of the car driving outdoors, it will encounter different objective conditions such as ambient temperature, relative humidity, salt spray and mold, as well as plastic parts on products They are respectively used for different purposes such as insulation, abrasion resistance and structural parts. The characteristics of commonly used ten engineering plastics are systematically introduced. The applicable scope of engineering plastics for various materials is described one by one, and the selection of tolerances for plastic parts is taken into account. This article also briefly introduced the development of foreign engineering plastics varieties and molding process development direction for automotive electrical design, technology and personnel engaged in this regard.
