从氧化钼与杂质颗粒关系入手,对钼焙砂难浸原因进行分析,实验结果表明:氨浸前,一部分氧化钼被杂质颗粒吸附在表面,形成致密层,难以进行氨浸反应。氨浸后,杂质颗粒表面吸附大量钼酸铵,致使浸出率下降。
Based on the relationship between molybdenum oxide and impurity particles, the reasons for the infiltration of molybdenite are analyzed. The experimental results show that before the ammonia leaching, a part of molybdenum oxide is adsorbed on the surface by impurity particles to form a dense layer, making it difficult to carry out the ammonia leaching reaction. After ammonia leaching, a large amount of ammonium molybdate is adsorbed on the surface of the impurity particles, resulting in a decrease in the leaching rate.
