现代化煤矿企业对安全生产集约化程度要求不断提高,原来采用双绞线电缆传输的煤矿安全监控系统进行长距离数据传输的实时性和稳定性都受到很大制约,越来越不能满足要求。介绍了利用光缆传输介质组成的工业以太网+由双绞线电缆为传输介质的CAN总线模式在矿井安全生产监控系统中的应用。
The requirements of modernized coal mining enterprises for the degree of intensification of production safety are constantly increasing. The real-time and stability of long-distance data transmission using the original coal mine safety monitoring and control system transmitted by twisted pair cables are greatly restricted and less and less able to meet the requirements. This paper introduces the application of CAN bus mode consisting of industrial Ethernet + fiber optic cable transmission medium and twisted pair cable as transmission medium in mine safety monitoring system.
