《核科技动态》是中国原子能科学研究院(以下简称“原子能院”)科技信息部编辑出版的内部刊物。为把《核科技动态》办出特色与水平,成为原子能院科技创新的重要媒介与桥梁,也为总结过去出版过程中积累的经验,为资料筛选找到新方向,本文结合《核科技动态》的内容数据,从文献计量学的角度对期刊的质量进行统计分析和评价,并对组稿经验进行总结。从动态类科技期刊评价的6个方面考虑,《核科技动态》的时效性较强;资料的权威性较高,可信度较高;期刊内容基本针对原子能院八大学科、五大领域进行报道;期刊内容涉及的国家较为全面;期刊对于会议和规律性报告进行了较为系统的跟踪报道,原创性较高。
Nuclear Science and Technology Dynamics is an internal publication edited and published by Science and Technology Information Department of China Institute of Atomic Energy (hereinafter referred to as “Nuclear Energy Institute”). In order to make “nuclear science and technology dynamic” a feature and level, it has become an important medium and bridge for the technological innovation of the Atomic Energy Agency. It also sums up the experience accumulated in the past publishing process and finds a new direction for data screening. In this paper, in conjunction with “Nuclear Science and Technology Dynamics” Content data, statistical analysis and evaluation of journal quality from the perspective of bibliometrics, and summarize the experience of the group draft. From the six aspects of the evaluation of dynamic science and technology journals, the timeliness of “nuclear science and technology dynamics” is stronger; the authoritativeness of the materials is higher and the credibility is higher; the contents of the journals are basically targeted to the eight disciplines of the IAEA and the five major areas; The content of periodicals is more comprehensive; journals have systematically tracked conferences and regular reports, and have a high degree of originality.
