可控电解珩磨是以微机实时控制电解珩磨过程中工件表面的电解电场强度,从而调控各点金属去除速度,获得工件要求几何形状精度的新加工方法.通过大量的实验研究,提出了加工过程中金属去除的三种分布密度函数,建立了针对三类复杂曲面工件在准稳态加工条件下的去除规律数学模型和对应施电规律的去除量分布计算方法.
Controllable electrolytic honing is a new processing method of real-time control of the electrolytic electric field strength of the surface of the workpiece during the electrolytic honing process by a microcomputer so as to control the metal removal speed at each point and obtain the geometric precision of the workpiece. Through a large number of experimental studies, the three distribution density functions of metal removal during machining are put forward, and the mathematical model of the removal regularity for the three types of complex curved surfaces under quasi-steady state processing and the calculation of the removal distribution of the corresponding power distribution rules are established method.
