在各种承诺中,最常用的是提高产品的质量保证期。国外公司质量保证期长,1983年三菱公司就把质量保证期提高到3年。目前,我国普遍存在着汽车产品质量保证期时间短、里程少的问题。时间仅为6个月,里程为1~5万km,影响产品的信誉和竞争力。“九五”期间质量保证期规划具有指标提高幅度大、分段实施、强调了安全性和环保性等特点。企业要适应新的质量保证期的要求,要抓好质量教育和培训、提高产品的实物质量和建立完善的售后服务体系等。
