甲醛氧化反应器是甲醛生产的关键设备,其优劣直接影响到甲醛产品的质量,影响企业经济效益的提高。因该设备工作条件苛刻,以前设计的甲醛反应器均存在这样或那样的问题,影响了反应器功效的发挥。通过对甲醛氧化反应器工作机理的分析和研究,设计出一种新型甲醛氧化反应器。该新型反应器投入使用后,在节水、节能、延长设备使用寿命方面效果明显。现将其结构特点及应用情况介绍如下。
Formaldehyde oxidation reactor is the key equipment for formaldehyde production, its merits directly affect the quality of formaldehyde products, affecting the improvement of economic efficiency of enterprises. Due to the harsh working conditions of the equipment, the previously designed formaldehyde reactors all have such or some problems that affect the effectiveness of the reactor. Through the analysis and research on the working mechanism of formaldehyde oxidation reactor, a new type of formaldehyde oxidation reactor was designed. The new reactor put into use, in water-saving, energy saving, extend the service life of the equipment obvious effect. Now its structural characteristics and application of the situation are as follows.
