The authors used a light-sensitive computing controller that automatically recorded and traced the number and activity of Schistosoma japonicum to study the effects of sea anthrone, nadazole, and tartar on the activity of Schistosoma mansoni cultured in vitro. Adults were collected from mice infected with Schistosoma mansoni 42- to 60-day-old mice. A pair of male and female adults were placed in 250 microliters of Fischer’s broth containing 10 mM N-tris (hydroxymethyl) -methylglycine with a stable pH. The instruments used were observed simultaneously 4 pairs
