1990年以来笔者在眼科门诊中,对纹眼线术中、术后并发症进行统计分析,现报告如下:1 一般资料500例行纹眼线术的美容者睫毛脱失及出血92例(368条眼线)占18.40%,其中睫毛有不同程度脱失204条眼线,出血占88条眼线,二者并存占76条眼线。以上并发症以16～38岁女性为多见,共255条眼线占60.90%。睑缘炎35例占7%,过敏反应30例占6%,其中全身反应4例,局部反应26例。纹眼线后致泪小点狭窄共5只眼,其中1例住院治疗,4例药物治疗,行泪小点切开术1例。
