本文研究了6-苄氨基腺嘌呤(6-BA)和硝酸银(Ag NO3)组合对固体培养的三裂叶野葛毛状根生长、异黄酮化合物含量及抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明,不同浓度的6-BA和30μmol·L-1 Ag NO3组合抑制三裂叶野葛毛状根的生长,促进毛状根中异黄酮化合物的合成与积累,但降低总异黄酮化合物和可溶性蛋白含量、超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化物酶活性水平,促进细胞程序性死亡的发生。这说明6-BA和Ag NO3组合对三裂叶野葛毛状根的生长和异黄酮化合物的积累具有重要的调控作用。
In this paper, the effects of 6-benzyladenyladenine (6-BA) and silver nitrate (AgNO3) on the growth, isoflavone content and antioxidant enzyme activities of three kinds of Solidago sparsity hairy roots were studied. The results showed that the combination of 6-BA and 30μmol·L-1 Ag NO3 could inhibit the growth of Pueraria lobata leaves and promote the synthesis and accumulation of isoflavone in hairy roots. However, Soluble protein content, superoxide dismutase and peroxidase activity levels, and promote the occurrence of programmed cell death. This shows that the combination of 6-BA and Ag NO3 has an important regulatory role on the growth of genital hairy root and the accumulation of isoflavone compounds.
