随着社会的发展,我国社会的经济和文化都得到了飞速的发展,建筑业也随之取得了飞速的发展,建筑工程的数量不断增多,规模也不断扩大,各种高层建筑工程的施工也随之应运而生,这样才能够满足人们不断增长的物质文化需求。开展高层项目的施工时,难度是非常大的,这是因为高层建筑不仅工作量繁重,施工体积也很大,所以必须保证高层建筑的建设强度合格,才能使上层结构的荷载符合有关规定。另外在高层建筑施工中,一般都使用深基坑施工技术,而这一技术在使用中存在着很多问题。高层建筑要求具有较多的功能,所以要涉及到多个环节的施工,这更加需要做好管理工作,只有这样才能使工程质量有保障。施工过程中,可能会有很多新型施工工艺、材料等产生,管理者要善于科学的运用这些材料,这样才能切实提高整体工程质量。
