初中生的学习分化及克服措施

学生的学习分化是影响教学质量以及提高合格率的关键。为了解“分化”的时间,各主课的分化程度、学生的智力与分化的关系等等,我校教育科研小组进行了一年多的跟踪调查和二年多试验。首先对当时的初一年级四个班进行了团体智力测定,并与一所普通完中同年级的一个班级对照。基本情况说明(我校学生入学成绩的最高分是对照班所在学校的最低分)学生在智商上与对照班相差一个等级。我校各班和年级的平均智商均为中下,对照班为中等。我们又将采集到的数据(智商分数)和入 Students’ learning differentiation is the key to influencing teaching quality and improving the passing rate.
