对新型国产抗生素硫笨味唑青霉素(美洛西林,Mezlocillin)的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)、最小杀菌浓度(MBC)和杀菌曲线进行了研究,并与氨苄青霉素和氧哌嗪青霉素比较。结果:1.本药品对7种常见的G~+菌及G~-菌均有较强的杀菌作用,对溶血性链球菌,大肠杆菌和志贺氏菌属的抗菌作用明显优于氨苄青霉素和氧哌嗪青霉素。2.本药品的MBC与MIC比值多为1~2.7,是一种有效的杀菌剂。3.大于10~6CFU/ml或小于10~4CFU/ml的细菌接种量对本药品的MIC值有明显影响。4.杀菌曲线表明本药品对大肠杆菌和鼠伤寒杆菌4h开始起作用,8h可杀死100%细菌,对金黄色葡萄球菌6h作用达高峰,增加药物浓度可使杀菌效果增强。
The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC), minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) and bactericidal activity of the new domestic antibiotic sulpiride (mezlocillin) were studied and compared with ampicillin and piperacillin.
