目的研究酸性硫酸钙消毒相关性能,为实际应用提供依据。方法采用载体浸泡定量杀菌试验方法,对该酸性硫酸钙杀灭微生物效果与稳定性进行观察。结果该酸性硫酸钙为一种强酸性溶液,400倍稀释液的pH值仍<1.0。以100倍稀释液作用4 min,对载体上金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的平均杀灭对数值均>3.0;对白色念珠菌无明显杀菌效果。经室温自然存放24个月后其杀菌性能稳定。结论该酸性硫酸钙对载体表面细菌繁殖体有较好的杀菌效果,且稳定性好。
Objective To study the performance of acidic calcium sulfate disinfection and provide the basis for its practical application. Methods The method of carrier immersion quantitative germicidal test was used to observe the effect and stability of the acidic calcium sulfate in killing microorganisms. Results The acidic calcium sulfate is a strongly acidic solution and the 400-fold dilution has a pH <1.0. The average killing logarithm of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli on the carrier was> 3.0 with 100-fold dilution for 4 min, but no significant bactericidal effect against C. albicans. After sterilization at room temperature for 24 months, its bactericidal properties are stable. Conclusion The acidic calcium sulfate has a good bactericidal effect on bacterial propagules on the carrier surface and has good stability.
