麦角溴烟酯(Nicergoline)是麦角生物碱衍生物。具有增加脑及末梢血流,改善脑代谢和抑制血小板凝集的作用。人口服本品5mg,3～4.5小时的最高血浓度为13.23～17.20mg/ml。24小时内本品的60%从尿中排泄。代谢物为51.0%的10α-甲氧基-二氢麦角醇及1.4％的1-甲基-10α-甲氧基-二氢麦角醇。
