大量事实表明,机体的细胞免疫在抗肿瘤中起重要作用。但是,原发性肝癌病人特异的细胞毒性测定,在国內外尚未见有报道。鉴于放射性同位素测定肿瘤免疫反应具有灵敏、客观、省时等优点。我们应用IUdR同位素技术,建立了研究肝癌病人特异细胞免疫反应的方法,对于肝癌临床与实验研究有一定的意义。根据IUdR分子上的碘原子与胸腺嘧啶核苷上的甲基在空间构型上的类似,非天然的IUdR分子就参入到细胞核DNA链上的胸腺嘧啶位置,标记了肿瘤靶细胞。
A large number of facts show that the cellular immunity of the body plays an important role in anti-tumor. However, specific cytotoxicity assays for primary liver cancer patients have not been reported at home and abroad. In view of radioisotope determination of tumor immune response is sensitive, objective, time-saving advantages. We applied the IUdR isotope technique to establish a method for studying the specific cellular immune response in patients with liver cancer, which has certain significance for clinical and experimental studies of liver cancer. According to the similar steric configuration of the iodine atom on the IUdR molecule and the methyl group on the thymidine, the non-native IudR molecule participates in the thymine position on the nuclear DNA strand, marking the tumor target cell.
