This article reports the experience of non-contact destructive stones used by nephrolithiasis in vitro. The principle of this operation is the formation of shock waves in vitro, the kidney stones as the bull’s eye directly to the impact. Method The shock wave is generated by an underwater high-voltage capacitor spark for one microsecond. Due to the geometric focusing (effect) of the ellipsoidal reflector the spark electrode is concentrated.
