房柱式井工开采油页岩资源的过程中,巷道的稳定性影响着井下的安全生产。针对巷道围岩稳定性控制,以油页岩矿三井巷道为研究对象,通过地质调研分析巷道的围岩地质概况,借助钻孔窥视系统实测巷道围岩不同深度内部裂隙特征。结合UDEC数值模拟软件分析巷道围岩在开采过程中的受力离层状态,综合确定巷道围岩的破裂范围为0.6~0.7 m。为了充分发挥巷道围岩的自承能力,建议巷道采用三心拱断面。
During the exploitation of oil shale resources, the stability of the roadway affects the safe production in the well. Aiming at the stability control of roadway surrounding rock, taking the three-lane roadway of oil shale mine as the research object, this paper analyzes the surrounding rock geology of the roadway through geological survey, and uses the drilling and peeking system to measure the characteristics of the internal cracks at different depths. UDEC numerical simulation software was used to analyze the stress and separation status of roadway surrounding rock in the process of mining. The rupture range of tunnel surrounding rock was determined to be 0.6-0.7 m. In order to give full play to the roadway rock self-supporting capacity, it is recommended that the roadway using three heart arch section.
