我院自1982年以来,始终把对医疗器械设备的管理纳入医院全面经济管理的轨道。详细制定了各项要求,指标、考核标准、奖罚措施,充分发挥了经济手段在设备管理中的杠杆作用。设备完好率达到96%;仪器使用率达到70‰,较好发挥了设备的效能。我们的具体做法是:一,将医疗器械的管理细则、考核指标、奖罚办法打印成册,下发各科,并组织学习。提高大家对搞好没备管理,提高设备使用效率的认i只和责任感。做
Since 1982, our hospital has always included the management of medical device equipment into the overall economic management of the hospital. Detailed requirements, indicators, assessment standards, rewards and penalties were formulated, and leveraging of economic instruments in equipment management was fully utilized. The equipment intact rate reached 96%; the instrument usage rate reached 70‰, which better played the function of the equipment. Our specific approach is: First, the medical device management rules, assessment indicators, rewards and penalties printed into a book, issued by the various sections, and organized learning.
