为明确太阳光谱组成变化对烤烟品质指标及光合色素含量的影响,采用不同颜色的滤光膜创造不同光质环境,研究了光质对烤烟外观品质、内在化学成分及光合色素含量的影响。结果表明:①覆盖不同颜色滤光膜可明显改变太阳光谱中可见光不同波段的组成比例;红色和黄色膜相对降低短波光的组成比例,提高长波光比例;白色膜降低所有波段光的组成比例;蓝色膜相对降低长波光的组成比例;②不同光质处理对烤后烟叶颜色(色域、纯正度、均匀度等)的影响较大;③不同光质处理均明显降低烤后烟叶的淀粉含量,一定程度提高钾氯比值;红色膜明显提高烤后烟叶的总植物碱含量,并降低糖碱比值;④蓝色膜处理相对提高烤后烟叶的β-胡萝卜素含量,所有处理均相对降低烟叶的叶黄素含量;⑤总植物碱与短波光存在显著负相关关系,类胡萝卜素则与短波光呈显著正相关,与长波光呈显著负相关。
In order to clarify the influence of solar spectrum composition on quality index and photosynthetic pigment content of flue-cured tobacco, different color filters were used to create different light quality environments, and the effects of light quality on the appearance quality, internal chemical composition and photosynthetic pigment content of flue-cured tobacco were studied.
