自今年6月起,卫生部、国家轻工局、教育部等5部局组成的评估组对全国31个省、自治区、直辖市消除碘缺乏病工作进展情况进行了为期22天的调研评估。评估结果显示:其中已实现消除碘缺乏病阶段目标的省、自治区、直辖市为17个;基本实现消除碘缺乏病阶段目标的省、自治区为7个;未实现消除碘缺乏病阶段目标 Since June of this year, the assessment team consisting of five ministries, including the Ministry of Health, the State Light Industry Bureau and the Ministry of Education, conducted a 22-day survey and evaluation of the progress of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders in 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government. The assessment results show that 17 of the provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities that have achieved the goal of eliminating iodine deficiency stage have been achieved; 7 provinces and autonomous regions that basically achieved the goal of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders have been achieved; the goal of eliminating iodine deficiency stage has not been achieved.
