[本刊讯] XJZ-11机械搅拌式浮选机于1988年12月27日在浙江省渚暨县通过了浙江省科委的技术鉴定。根据浮选机的发展和使用现状,北京矿冶研究总院和渚暨矿山机械厂,集A型浮选机和维姆科型浮选机的优点于一体,联合研究和设计XJZ-11浮选机,并由渚暨矿山机械厂试制成功。XJZ-11浮选机的设计原则是以A型浮选机结构为基础,尽量保留不影响浮选指标的零部件,最大限度地吸取其它浮选机的新结构。为改造方便,A型浮选机的槽形、尺寸、基础、主轴电机、给矿箱、尾矿箱等均不变,XJZ-11浮选机作为直流槽,主轴部件仿维姆科浮选机主轴部件结构,增加假底、导流管及调节环,更换电机小皮带轮,叶轮线速度处于低速状态(6—7米/秒)。
