本文提出在盐酸介质中 ,亚硝酸根催化溶解氧氧化茜素紫的反应。由此建立了催化动力学极谱法测定亚硝酸根的新方法。氧化产物的峰电位 - 0 80V(vs.SCE)。亚硝酸根浓度在 0～ 0 2 4mg/L范围内与峰电流呈良好的线性关系。用于测定环境标准水样和地面水样中亚硝酸根 ,获得满意结果
In this paper, we propose that nitrite catalyze the reaction of oxygenation of alizarin violet in hydrochloric acid medium. A new method for the determination of nitrite by polarography with catalytic kinetics was established. Peak potential of the oxidation product - 0 80V (vs.SCE). Nitrite concentration in the 0 ~ 024mg / L range and the peak current showed a good linear relationship. For the determination of environmental standards and surface water samples of nitrite, to obtain satisfactory results
