ＳＯＤ冻干粉及口服液分别在４ＫＧｙ和６ＫＧｙ辐照剂量下，灭菌处理可达到卫生标准，活性损失＜５％，ＳＯＤ冻干粉及口服液分别在６ＫＧｙ和８ＫＧｙ辐照剂量下，达到完全灭菌，活性损失分别为７％和８％左右。ＳＯＤ在辐照后的理化性质及氨基酸组成基本不变。
