目的:探讨寰枕关节后路经关节螺钉固定的入钉点、瞄定点、钉道角度及螺钉长度。方法:观察和测量枕骨髁和寰椎干燥标本的相关解剖数据。结果:寰枕关节后路经关节螺钉固定的标准内倾角为(20.3±2.0)°,标准上倾角为(49.4±2.4)°,螺钉在枕骨髁内的适宜长度为(13.94±0.96)mm,在寰椎内的适宜长度为(12.84±0.62)mm。结论:寰枕关节后路经关节螺钉固定在解剖上可行,以寰椎后弓与侧块下关节突移行处中点作为入钉点,把握标准内倾角及上倾角,选择适宜长度的螺钉能有效完成寰枕关节后路经关节螺钉固定。
Objective: To explore the posterior approach atlanto-occipital joint screws into the nail point, aiming point, angle and screw screw path length. Methods: The anatomical data of the occipital condyles and atlas dry specimens were observed and measured. Results The standard incline angle (20.3 ± 2.0) ° and the standard incline angle (49.4 ± 2.4) ° in the posterior atlanto-occipital joint screw fixation were 13.44 ± 0.96 mm in the occipital condyles, In the atlas of the appropriate length (12.84 ± 0.62) mm.
