目的 :探讨茶油对梗阻性黄疸大鼠的肝脏保护作用。方法 :将大鼠分为假性手术组、胆总管结扎组和胆总管结扎并喂饲茶油组。于术后 2周分别检测血清总胆红素 (TB)、直接胆红素 (DB)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、谷草转氨酶 (GOT)的水平以及肝脏组织中琥珀酸脱氢酶 (SDH)的活性 ,并在光镜和电镜下观察肝脏组织的病理改变。结果 :茶油能明显改善梗阻性黄疸大鼠营养状况 ;明显降低 TB、DB、GPT和 GOT的水平 ;增强肝细胞线粒体内 SDH的活性 ;在一定程度上能保持肝细胞线粒体膜、内质网膜和核膜结构的完整性。结论 :无论在形态上或功能上茶油对梗阻性黄疸大鼠的肝脏均有保护作用
Objective: To investigate the protective effects of tea oil on obstructive jaundice in rats. Methods: The rats were divided into sham operation group, common bile duct ligation group and common bile duct ligation and fed with tea oil group. Serum levels of total bilirubin (TB), direct bilirubin (DB), alanine aminotransferase (GPT), aspartate aminotransferase (GOT) and succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) The activity of liver tissue was observed under light microscope and electron microscope. Results: Tea oil can significantly improve the nutritional status of rats with obstructive jaundice, significantly lower the levels of TB, DB, GPT and GOT, enhance the activity of SDH in mitochondria of hepatocytes, maintain the mitochondrial membrane and endoplasmic reticulum of hepatocytes to a certain extent The integrity of the membrane and nuclear membrane structure. Conclusion: Tea oil has protective effect on the liver of obstructive jaundice rats both in morphology and function
