采用兔顶骨矢状缝扩张模型,用放射免疫法测定骨缝扩张后内源性PGE2含量的变化规律,结果表明:兔矢状缝受力后,PGE2含量在早期升高,表明骨吸收活动在受力后初期即发生,但骨缝对不同大小的力反应有所不同,0.10kg力引起组织持续的改建活动,PGE2含量一直保持较高水平;0.20kg力可能引起组织破坏,骨改建活动不如0.10kg力组明显。该研究结果提示:在临床矫形治疗中应注意合理施力
Using the rabbit parietal sagittal suture dilatation model, the changes of endogenous PGE2 content after suture expansion were measured by radioimmunoassay.
