目的研究黄芪注射液对病毒性心肌炎动物模型白细胞介素水平的影响,探讨治疗病毒性心肌炎的有效方法。方法用亲心肌细胞株柯萨奇病毒B3感染Balb/c小鼠,建立心肌炎模型。用黄芪注射液腹腔注射治疗,分别检测外周血中IL-2、IL-8和IL-18的水平,并做心脏组织病理学检查。结果黄芪治疗后5~21d,小鼠外周血中IL-2、IL-8和IL-18水平明显降低,心肌炎症状明显改善。结论黄芪通过调节IL-2、IL-8和IL-18等细胞因子水平,从而对病毒性心肌炎起到明显的治疗作用。
Objective To study the effect of Huangqi injection on interleukin levels in animal models of viral myocarditis and to explore effective methods for treating viral myocarditis. Methods Balb/c mice were infected with coxsackievirus B3 from myocardiomyocytes to establish a myocarditis model. Astragalus injection was intraperitoneally injected to detect the levels of IL-2, IL-8, and IL-18 in peripheral blood, and cardiac histopathology was performed. Results After 5 to 21 days of treatment with Astragalus membranaceus, the levels of IL-2, IL-8 and IL-18 in peripheral blood of mice decreased significantly, and the symptoms of myocarditis were significantly improved. Conclusion Astragalus may play a significant role in the treatment of viral myocarditis by regulating the levels of cytokines such as IL-2, IL-8 and IL-18.
