Since 1957, Sutherland discovered cyclic adenosine monophosphate (CAMP). Over the past 20 years, the exploration of CAMP in various fields of medicine, biochemistry and physiology has been continuously carried out. CAMP is widespread in animals and humans and is an important regulator of life phenomena. It controls and regulates cellular metabolism and plays an important role in the physiological and pathological processes. Its theory of second messengers, which act as messengers for intracellular transmission of hormones that act through cell membranes, including peptides, protein hormones, catecholamine agonists, and prostaglandins, has been demonstrated by many experiments. It is now generally accepted that these hormones pass through the surface of the cell membrane
