目的研究人性化管理理念在手术室护理管理中的应用效果。方法随机选取本院2015年2月至2016年2月收治的86例手术患者作为样本,以43例为一组,将其分为研究组与对照组两个组别。对照组不实施人性化管理。研究组将人性化管理理念渗透到手术室护理管理中。观察两组护理人员护理风险发生情况与患者护理满意度。结果对照组护理风险发生几率13.95%,患者护理满意度83.72%。研究组护理风险发生几率2.33%,患者护理满意度97.67%。两组对比,研究组优势显著。结论将人性化管理理念渗透到手术室护理管理中,可有效提高护理质量,降低护理差错与护理纠纷发生几率,改善医患关系,提高患者护理满意度。
Objective To study the application effect of humanized management concept in operating room nursing management. Methods Totally 86 surgical patients admitted from February 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital were selected as samples. A total of 43 patients were divided into two groups: study group and control group. The control group did not implement humane management. The research team will be humanized management philosophy infiltration into the operating room care management. The incidence of nursing risks and patient satisfaction were observed in two groups of nurses. Results The incidence of nursing risk in the control group was 13.95%, patient satisfaction was 83.72%. The incidence of nursing risk in study group was 2.33%, patient satisfaction was 97.67%. Comparison of two groups, the study group has significant advantages. Conclusion The concept of humane management infiltrated into the operating room nursing management can effectively improve the quality of care, reduce the incidence of nursing mistakes and nursing disputes, improve doctor-patient relationship and improve patient satisfaction.
