In order to enhance the hepatotropism of hepatoma tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL), a galactosyl anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody-TIL (Gal-antiCD3 McAb-TIL) was prepared, incubated with hepatocytes, and observed under an inverted microscope. Through the asialoglycoprotein receptor-mediated effect. The sugar density of galactosyl anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody (Gal-antiCD3 McAb) and the binding rate of Gal-antiCD3 McAb to TIL were measured. As a result, it was found that Gal-antiCD3 McAb-TIL had a significant adhesion to hepatocytes. The sugar density of Gal-antiCD3 McAb was 62.18, and the binding rate of Gal-antiCD3 McAb to TIL was 97.9%. The results showed that Gal-antiCD3McAb-TIL had good hepatotropism in vitro, and the sugar density of 62.18 and the binding rate of 97.9% ensured the effective use of TIL.
